Want to Blog?
Here are some things you need to know
On the Bottom Line Blog we accept stories from people living on a low income.
They can be written, video or audio, and we love photos that help tell your story (but not of others without their written permission!).
At TasCOSS we will do our utmost to make sure the Bottom Line Blog stories are used respectfully and that you are protected from inappropriate public comments.
Three important things to ask yourself before you send us your story:
- Are you happy for your story to be put on the web to be seen and heard by the public?
- Do you want to be anonymous? (we can do this with written stories only)
- People may reproduce your story in other places. However, once it is on the Blog it cannot be reproduced by anyone unless they acknowledge that’s where they found it. As its creator, it’s your story. As a blog, its home is the TasCOSS Bottom Line Blog.
Before we publish anything you send us, we must talk with you in person – over the phone is fine.
Then, an email or written note from you will confirm that you are ready to go ahead.
